Muli Yu, piano
Muli Yu is a current Master’s piano student at Stony Brook University in the studio of Gilbert Kalish. She received her Bachelor’s degree in piano performance Biola University, where she studied with Dr. Li-shan Hung. She has studied piano since the age of four and began performing at a young age. Muli has been a prizewinner of competitions in the Washington-Metropolitan area, in Southern California, and also in Italy, where she won the Cremona International Piano Competition. She has also performed in places such as the Weill Hall at Carnegie, the DiMenna Center in New York City, at the Hungarian Embassy in DC, and the US Department of State.Â
